Hi,
I am working on your issue. I found that it happens when ticking the Extended UV option.This should not happen, and I will fix this bug soon, but until then, you could avoid the issue by unticking that option, since you don't need extended UV from my understanding.
Does my workaround work for you?

Please consider leaving a review for Curvy. This will help a lot keeping Curvy relevant in the eyes of the Asset Store algorithm.
