For future reference: after investigating with the original poster, the issue was that the spline gizmo color was transparent. Next Curvy's update will have a warning shown in this case.
Please consider leaving a review for Curvy. This will help a lot keeping Curvy relevant in the eyes of the Asset Store algorithm.
