hi there!
Is the conversion process happening only once, on-demand or is it some sort of sync meaning that I can edit the unity spline, and the curvy spline will be adjusted accordingly?

Hi,
The process is for now (version 1.0) only on demand, and only from unity to curvy. I am planning to provide in future versions real time bi-directional sync.
Please let me know if you need anything more, I will take your request in consideration.
Thank you.

Thanks for the reply.
I would use it if it would make it possible to author spline shapes using unity splines and get all the features from curvy afterwards (generators etc). Meaning - the sync rather on demand conversion is what I am after Smile

Noted.
In case you missed it, the conversion (as it is now in v1.0) is doable also through hotkeys (Ctrl+T by default). Meaning you can easily convert after each unity spline change.

And if not done already, I suggest that you get the asset anyways, that way you will get (if activated in your account) an email notification when the asset will be updated with the features you want.

What about the option to convert Curvy Splines to Unity splines?
I'm using RAM with its own spline system and a MicroVerse script that syncs RAM with Unity Splines.

The Curvy -> Unity conversion is in the pipeline. It will not be part of version 1.1 that should be release soon, but it should be part of 1.2.
Once I release 1.1 and started working on 1.2, I can send you a WIP version if your need is urgent.
Did this answer your question?

Thank you, it’s not urgent so I will just wait for the release. I can just create unity splines where I need them for now.
