This is because that version had a file renamed. So when installing that version, and if you had a previous version installed, both the old and new files will exist on you disk, which creates conflicts.
This will happen whenever Curvy renames of moves one of its files. Spoiler alert, this will happen in 2.2.3 as well
So always remove the old Unity version before installing a new one. This is advisable for other Unity's assets as well.
