issues with the shader in URP

Hi

To fix the issue, use URP's material converter:
- Go to Window -> Rendering -> Render pipeline converter
- Tick Material Upgrade
- Click on Initialize And Convert

FYI, your issue doesn't seem to happen for URP 14.0.8 and earlier.
