Hi,
Extruded meshes follow the extrusion spline, up and down. If you want your wall to stay vertical at all points, then you need to segment it, as you can see in this real life picture:

To achieve this effect, do not use shape extrusion for your wall, but use the Volume Spots module to place the wall segments next to each other.
