texture painting wont work well

hey guys!
I have a problem with painting on a road that I made with "Curvy" package!
I using "vertexPainter" package and painting works on the curvy objects, but when I moving the path segments, all painting will mixed up and working wrong! I used another painting package but fail again!
I guess that the main problem is on vertices, because when I moving path segments the vertices count will go higher or lower or maybe they replace by new vertices! thus no painting data will found on new vertices;
is there a way to fix it?! any trick to limiting the road vertices to stay on fixed count?
