How to create gaps in spline mesh?
#1
I want to create gaps in an spline extrusion based path.
It looks something like this

I see that there is a range option in shape extrusion module but it only lets me create gaps from the ends and not from the middle, and allows to create single gaps not multiple.
Is there a way to create such gaps without using connections and multiple splines?

Hi
Using the Range parameter you refereed to, or the Range tab in the Input Spline Path module, you can define the start point and end point of an extrusion. Then, you will have to have 4 different extrusions to have the result illustrated in the picture you attached. You can automate this process using the API, so that a script, given the positions of the gaps, automatically creates the modules for all the necessary extrusions.

Have a nice day
