Newbie question. I'd like to use Curvy to create barbed wire. I have opened the 25_CGExtrusionAdvanced scene and replaced the Volume Mesh (wire) material with my own barbed wire material. It uses Standard/Cutout rather than Standard/Opaque. It almost works, but you can only see the wire from 1 side, i.e. it's a bit like a quad. Is that a way to use cutout materials or is thereĀ a better way to achieve my goal?

I am not not very good when it comes to shaders, but I bet that your problem has been solved already by other people. Look for "double sided cutout transparent unity" on your favorite search engine, you might find materials/shaders that solve the issue.
I hope this helped
