How would I resolve this?  I just purchased and it won't load the editor controls because of the following:

Assets/Packages/Curvy Examples/_Resources/Standard Assets/Editor/CrossPlatformInput/CrossPlatformInputInitialize.cs(15,18): error CS0101: The namespace `UnityStandardAssets.CrossPlatformInput.Inspector' already contains a definition for `CrossPlatformInitialize'
