Extrude mesh along spline. New and confused user
#2
Hi,

Indeed, some of the videos are quite old, and their quality is lacking compared to newer ones. My goal is to produce more videos, occasionally revisiting old ones to create improved versions, but there are none planned for the very near future.

I will do my best to answer all your questions and provide clarity in this post. That said, I strongly recommend checking the documentation, as it presents information in a concise and clear format compared to tutorials—especially if you want to understand the function of a specific parameter.

Regarding your first question, I believe the fix is to set the Use Global Space parameter to true: https://curvyeditor.com/documentation/ge...obal_space

Regarding the other points, I first need to understand your use case. Are you working with an existing mesh of a road section that you want to deform along a curved spline, or are you looking to create the mesh from scratch using mesh extrusion?

Thank you.
