making objects solid

Hello! I have been working on a game for nearly two years and I'm not sure if I'm missing something but I cannot make objects on the spline solid. objects on the same spline are able to go inside each other. I have made a solution that prevents this most of the time but I'm getting kinda frustrated with it. any help is appreciated, thank you!
