I will look into it once I'm back from my vacation. Though I must say I didn't see that error on my machine while packaging the current version. To get a better idea of this error: If you play the game and then select the SplineMeshBuilder component in the inspector/hierarchy, does the mesh appear?
I just bought Curvy and I see the same thing. The roadway disappears upon playing. I can bake (detach) the geometry and then the track stays. But of course it isn't dynamic at that point.

The issue is caused by the "static flag" in the Inspector.
to be more precise... the "batching Static" subflag.
There is some conflict with the builtin static batching feature of unity.
I hope that these infos could be usefull to Jake to find a fix.

For now you could remove the flag of "batching static " in the Inspector or disable the option " static batching" in Project Player Settings...Other.

Big thanks. This explains why this didn't happen on my side (Unity Free here). I don't even know why it was checked, makes no sense at this point.
